Do you enjoy dealing with people, and you're that person who knows what providing service really means? Then you might be our new HR Consultant. As the HR Consultant you will serve as the go-to person for employees and business leaders when they have any business needs or questions about HR-related processes, policies or procedures.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ensure full administrative support to the organization
  • Maintain operational tasks such as hiring contracts, onboarding, personnel matters (e.g. Sick leave, maternity and paternity leave etc.) and personnel policy and handbook
  • Help with employer branding activities and writing job ads
  • Tracking of KPI and reporting
  • Developing new ways to support the organization
  • Work with all the day-to-day activities
  • Handle administrative tasks related to onboarding of new employees, background checks, set up new contracts of employment, and update relevant internal systems

What you will bring:

  • 2-5 years of experience in working in a dynamic, fast-paced international organization
  • Able to advise the Management team on rules and regulations
  • Enjoys dealing with fast pace and changing needs
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams simultaneously
  • Humbleness with a proactive can-do mentality
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
